1 - 15 - 19  Photographed Mike today in the West Village, near Washington Square Park.  A smart, articulate, cultured college student who is still enjoying his holiday break.  He mentioned to me that
he's now starting to get bored and looking forward to his new semester to begin soon  He's from the South and loves NYC and all it has to offer.  Open-minded, cool guy and enjoyable to photograph.  A good listener, since I kept talking to him about all of what was happening, when I was his age and experiencing it all, too.  Miss those days!

11 - 17 - 18  Went to Newark, NJ today to photograph Brian, who is 46 years of age and looks super cool and in great form.  He had his dreads tie-back and had a lot of suggestions for his photographs and I was open to his feedback, always wanting the composition to look good, showing his body and for a overall good photograph.  He lived on the 3rd floor in a house, so there were lots of options and areas to use with natural light.  He's a very creative guy and found him to be a spiritual person.  His bedroom was lined with books and noticed a guitar, too.  He had lots of masks around and wanted to wear a black and a white silk robe with hood and a leopard coats, all resulting in interesting photos.  The photo shoot could have gone on longer, but I had to catch a bus back to NYC.

11 - 14 - 18  Went to Brooklyn to photograph, Tony who is 56 years of age.  He served in the Air Force for 11 years and is now in their reserve.  He's creative, has a fashion site and goes to all the NY Fashion shows and events to videotape them for his show.  Reserved guy, low-key and respectful.  It was challenging for me to photograph him in a room, but did accomplish the photos that reveal him to be most comfortable in doing the photos.

11 1 - 18  Photographed Mel in midtown and it was his first time doing total nudity.  He wanted to have a new challenge and open himself to a new experience.  Had lots of interesting tattoos on his body, his chest, arms, legs and back.  He was open to my suggestions and always like to hear any feedback or poses that he wanted to do,.  I wanted him to relax and be comfortable and this usually happens, when near the end of a photo shoot.  He was easy going, very cool guy and respectful, a perfect gentleman. 

10 - 29 - 18  Went back to Michael's Brooklyn apartment to photograph him again.  He was super, cool to let me photograph Dino in his place.  His apartment has wonderful detail on the walls and available light is abundant.  When I photographed Mike in June, he had close-cropped hair and now it was grown in and his hair was curly, a different look.  He still had his ripped-abs and going to Gleason Gym for boxing, is his work out and his passion.

10 - 29 - 18  Photographed Dino today in Brooklyn.  He's in his 50's but looks much younger with a good-looking face and a body to match.  He looked good in his tight black jeans and a black cropped top, when I first met him.  He was open to all types of photography that I wanted to do and comfortable in his skin.  Photographing him in available light was easy and resulted in photographs that we both liked very much.

6 - 25 - 18  Photographed Michael today in his Brooklyn apartment, which he recently moved into and had ideal available light to do his nudes.  He's 36 yrs of age, in great shape, works out and is a boxer and you can see from his cut-abs and fine definitions on his body.  Very comfortable being nude and photographed him as soon he walked out of his shower, with droplets of water on him.  Very pleasant guy and open to all my directions, when posing him.
